Ohio Divorce Support

OH child support – The issue of the child support is decided by the Ohio courts according to the Ohio Code - Sections: 3105.71 and 3113.217. In the state of Ohio the child support is settled as per the Income Shares Model. The required amount for the child support is decided by the court according to the worksheet and then the amount is divided proportionately as per the income of both the parents. Once the amount is decided, then these two amounts are compared with each other to decide who will pay for the child support.
